Our Story

Hi! I’m Nat.

Petal & Frame started with my own wedding flowers.

In the months leading up to my wedding, I began pressing flowers from the grocery store, practicing again and again until I felt confident in how different blooms responded over time. What started as a personal way to hold onto something meaningful quickly turned into a craft I deeply enjoyed. I realized how powerful it felt to give flowers a second life rather than letting them fade away, and I knew other couples might want that too.

Serving as a wedding and portrait photographer for over 6 years, I’ve always been interested in finding new ways to make the wedding industry more sustainable.

During my free time, I’m usually with my husband and our dog, Maya, outside on a walk or hike, or relaxing with a fantasy book or a video game.

At Petal & Frame, I use all-natural pressing techniques to preserve wedding bouquets, special occasion flowers, and meaningful arrangements. Every bloom is handled with care, and each keepsake is designed to be beautiful. My background as a photographer taught me to notice the details: the colors, the textures, the way light hits a petal—and I bring that same attention to every piece I create. The goal is straightforward: to make something that looks gorgeous and makes you smile every time you see it.

Sustainability is part of the process, too. Nothing goes to waste, and every flower gets a second life. By pressing and framing blooms naturally, we reduce waste and give your flowers a way to live on, far from the trash. It’s a small, thoughtful way to honor both the earth and your special day.

Flowers fade fast, but a pressed bouquet keeps those unique shapes, colors, and textures alive. Petal & Frame is all about creating a piece of art that feels personal, intentional, and a little magical.
